Was die Bearbeitung von Bestellungen betrifft, so wird Produktion deiner Bestellung innerhalb von 2 bis 3 Tagen nach der Bestellung beginnen. Anschließend musst Du die Versandzeit einrechnen: In Frankreich beträgt die Frist 2 bis 3 Werktage. In der Europäischen Union beträgt die angekündigte Frist 3 bis 10 Werktage. Im Rest der Welt beträgt die Frist 5 bis 14 Werktage.

Ich habe ein falsches/beschädigtes Produkt erhalten, was soll ich tun?
Es tut uns sehr leid, wenn das von dir bestellte Produkt beschädigt angekommen ist. Um uns zu helfen, dies schnell zu beheben, sende uns bitte innerhalb einer Woche eine Email mit Fotos des beschädigten Produkts, die Bestellnummer und allen anderen Details, die du zu deiner Bestellung hast an [email protected], Wir werden dir so schnell wie möglich eine Lösung vorschlagen.
Rückgaben
Was sind eure Rückgaberichtlinien? Wir arbeiten mit einem Print-on-Demand-Anbieter zusammen, welcher die Artikel erst anfertigt, wenn sie bestellt werden. Um eine Überproduktion zu vermeiden, bitte ich dich, an die Umwelt zu denken und keine unnötigen Produkte zu bestellen. Sollte mit deiner Bestellung etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, kannst du sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückgeben. Bitte lasse uns wissen, wenn etwas mit der Bestellung nicht in Ordnung ist oder du unzufrieden bist, indem du uns unter [email protected] kontaktierst. Rückgaben musst du auf deine Kosten zurücksenden an:

Kann ich einen Artikel gegen eine andere Größe/Farbe umtauschen?
Wir arbeiten mit einem Print-on-Demand-Anbieter zusammen, welcher die Artikel erst anfertigt, wenn sie bestellt werden. Um eine unnötige Produktion von Artikeln zu vermeiden, schau dir unsere Größentabellen an, um zu prüfen, welche Größe passt. Wir haben eine für jeden Artikel in unserem Store in der Produktbeschreibung. Wenn die Grösse nicht passt, findest Du vielleicht Bekannte oder Verwandte welche sich ab diesem Produkt freuen würden. Ansonsten kannst Du das Produkt auf deine Kosten zurücksenden an:
